Application:
In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer, antibiotic oxidizer, emulsifier, flavor regular. Used in dairy product jellies ,jam, meat, tinned, pastry. Used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalimia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine.
